About Our Clinic

PrivateGPS London is an independent private testing clinic in St Paul’s, City of London. We provide nurse-led diagnostic services including blood tests, health screening, sexual health testing and allergy testing.

Clinical Governance

• Our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission for diagnostic and screening procedures.
• Samples are taken by NMC-registered nurses in a private clinical room.
• All testing is overseen by a GMC-registered doctor.
• Laboratory analysis is performed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory.

Scope of Service

We are a testing service, not an NHS GP practice. We do not provide emergency care, inpatient care, ongoing treatment plans, repeat prescriptions or fit notes.

If you have urgent symptoms, call NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency.

After Your Results

Results are sent securely with laboratory reference ranges. Where results fall outside the normal range, your report is designed to support follow-up with your own GP or specialist.
