Samples are taken by NMC-registered nurses and processed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory, with most results back within 24 to 48 hours.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, all testing is overseen by a GMC-registered doctor and every price is published up front. Your report is written clearly enough to act on – and to hand to your own doctor if anything needs follow-up.

No. Every blood test, health screen, STI test and allergy panel can be booked directly online or by phone.
Most blood and STI results are reported within 24–48 hours of reaching the laboratory. Health screens take one to three working days; a few specialist tests take longer and we will tell you which.
Yes. We keep same-day testing slots seven days a week, and walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.
Yes. Results are released to you and handled confidentially. We share information with your GP, employer or insurer only when you ask us to, or where disclosure is required by law.
Health Screening and STI packages include the nurse appointment and sample collection. Individual blood tests are priced plus a single £50 blood draw per visit – however many tests you have. Every price is published on our fees page.
Samples are taken by NMC-registered nurses and analysed at a UKAS-accredited laboratory. All testing is overseen by a GMC-registered doctor.
Your report highlights anything outside the reference range. We are a testing service rather than a GP practice, so the report is designed to be taken to your own doctor for interpretation and any treatment.
Only for glucose and cholesterol tests. If your package includes them we will ask you to fast for 8–12 hours – water is fine.
